Thanks for your purchase! Your digital garden room plans are ready for download. Here’s a simple guide to help you access your files.
Option 1: Download from the Purchase Confirmation Page
After you complete your payment, you’ll be taken to a Purchase Confirmation page.
On this page, you’ll see “Download” links under your order details. Simply click the links to begin your download.
Option 2: Download via Email
You’ll also receive an order confirmation email with your download links.
- The email is sent to the address you used during checkout.
- Look for a subject line like: “Your Self Build Garden Room order is now complete – Order #[your order number]”
Once you find the email, click the download link(s) to begin downloading your plans.
Can’t find your email?
Check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Download Availability
- Your download links are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
- You can download each file up to 10 times, so make sure to save them securely.
Where Will My Files Go?
After clicking “Download,” your device will save the file based on your browser or device settings:
- On a computer (Windows/Mac): Files usually go to your Downloads folder, but this can vary.
- On a phone/tablet: You may be asked where to save the file, or it may go into a Files app, Downloads folder, or cloud storage (like iCloud or Google Drive).
Tip: If you’re unsure where the file went, try searching for the file name or check your “Downloads” folder.
